  1. That was amazing!! I feel like you really hit depression on the nail. Explained it so well. I also suffer from depression and anxiety and I always appreciate when someone reaches out to me. I have been working hard on being the first to reach out. That is one of my struggles from anxiety. Keep up the good work! I'll be listening!

    1. Thank you! I’m glad you liked it. I am sorry you also struggle with depression/anxiety but am so happy you work to connect with those around you. Sometimes it can be more hard that other times but it is always beneficial when we can make it happen, even if it’s just a little. Thanks for your comment.

  2. I put this on my list of things to complete - listened to it today and I love this idea. Yesterday Logan was having a hard time. He was sick and being naughty. I found in order to make him feel at peace, I had to just hold him. Made the world of difference for me to stop my world for him. I believe a recent study shows too that our connections are what help us live longer lives. The less connected you are, the shorter your life span. Keep them coming!

    1. Sometimes it can be hard when someone we love needs physical connection and we aren't in a place to give it. I find this happens sometimes with my kids. I may be angry and they right at that moment want a hug. When I am able to give them one it ends up helping me as well. Good job making the time and effort to connect with him! Thanks for listening and for the comment.
